5-point oven fried chicken

This is wonderful hot or cold.

1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 t. paprika
1 t. thyme
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. red pepper
1/3 cup buttermilk
20 oz. boneless skinless breasts
cooking spray
1 T. margarine, melted

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. combine first 6 ingredients (through red pepper) in a large ziplock bag. Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk (I actually let it soak in there a good fifteen mintues or so) and then dredge in crumb mixture.
3. Place chicken on jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Drizzle with margarine. Bake 40 minutes or until cooked through.
